The Switch (close up)

A close up of a contest piece I'm working on. I love the little girl but am frustrated with my monster. Shadowy skeleton with long bony fingers and gruesome grin...yeah that's never been done. Help! I'm stuck with the pose and the hollow eyes are a must. Besides that, I would be happy to get any suggestions...
